Scan and read software does exactly what it says! It scans writing pieces and then reads then aloud to students. This software would be extremely helpful to students who are blind or have visual impairments. I learned a lot from the tutorial including how to work this software program and what students it would be helpful for. I haven't seen this used in schools but I really feel that it would be beneficial to many students!
