a) types of disabilities- Dysgraphia
b) brand found in schools- NEO word processor
d) locate a tutorial- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8tSICYJfZ5Q
The NEO automatically saves text and work in original file. The font size can be enlarged. The NEO is very portable and connected to a computer very easily into Microsoft word. It usually cost between 250 and 300 dollars. This device is very helpful for students with dysgraphia. Dysgraphia is a learning disability that affects writing, which requires a complex set of motor and information processing skills. It can lead to problems with spelling, poor handwriting and putting thoughts on paper. People with dysgraphia might have trouble organizing letters, numbers and words on a line or page. This tutorial was very helpful and I would feel comfortable using this with a student in my class.
